How We Use Trackers
We use Trackers for the following purposes. Each purpose has a specific legal basis which is described in the Legal Basis section below.
- Authentication: To identify you after you have signed in, maintain your session, and recognise you when you return to the platform.
- Preferences: To remember your preferred language, theme (light/dark mode), organisation context, and other personalisation settings.
- Security: To protect your account against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks, detect suspicious activity, and enforce rate limiting.
- Analytics: To collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website, which pages are visited most frequently, and how performance can be improved.
- Functionality: To enable interactive features such as live chat widgets, form pre-population, and navigation state persistence.
Types of Trackers We Use
The Trackers used on our platform are categorised as follows. Essential Trackers are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. All other categories are optional and require your consent.
Essential (Strictly Necessary) Trackers
RequiredThese Trackers are strictly necessary for the provision of the service you have explicitly requested. They enable core functionality including authentication, security, session management, and load balancing. Without these Trackers, the platform cannot function. You cannot opt out of essential Trackers.
Functional Trackers
Consent RequiredThese Trackers enable enhanced functionality and personalisation. They are set directly by Wexio on your device. If you do not allow these Trackers, some or all of these features may not function correctly.
Analytics Trackers
Consent RequiredThese Trackers collect anonymised information about how visitors use our platform. This data helps us understand usage patterns, identify issues, and improve the user experience. All analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
Marketing Trackers
Consent RequiredThese Trackers may be set by our advertising and measurement partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other websites. If you disable marketing Trackers, you will still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to you.
Third-Party Trackers & Services
Certain Trackers are placed by third-party services whose functionality we have integrated into our platform. We do not control these Trackers and their use is governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. The following third-party services may set Trackers when you use our platform:
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)

Stripe (Stripe, Inc.)
Payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe sets cookies for payment session management and security.

Managing Your Tracker Preferences
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject optional Trackers. You can exercise your preferences in the following ways:

Browser Settings: Most modern web browsers allow you to control cookies through their privacy settings. You can configure your browser to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete existing cookies. Please refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.

For Google advertising cookies, visit ads.google.com/settings. For Meta (Facebook) tracking, adjust your settings at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.
Please note that blocking essential (strictly necessary) Trackers will prevent the platform from functioning properly. You may not be able to sign in to your account or use core features. Disabling functional Trackers may result in a degraded user experience.

Legal Basis for Trackers
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC), different legal bases apply to different categories of Trackers:
Essential (Strictly Necessary) Trackers: These are placed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service explicitly requested by the User.
Optional Trackers (Functional, Analytics, Marketing): These are placed only with your prior, informed consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The storage duration of each Tracker is specified in the Types of Trackers section above. After the specified period, Trackers are automatically deleted. You may also delete Trackers manually at any time through your browser settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Trackers we use, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any material changes will be communicated through a revised consent banner or a notice on our platform. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Cookie Policy.
