We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexio.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
