How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?
Navigate to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp, then follow the guided setup to link your WhatsApp Business API number. You will need a verified Facebook Business Manager account and a phone number that is not already registered with WhatsApp.
What messaging channels does Wexio support?
Wexio supports WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct Messages, Viber, and web chat. All channels funnel into a single Unified Inbox so your team can respond from one place.
Can I automate replies with AI?
Yes. Wexio includes an AI auto-reply engine that uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to answer customer questions based on your knowledge base. You can configure fallback rules, handoff triggers, and language preferences in the AI settings.
How does the Flow Builder work?
The visual Flow Builder lets you drag and drop nodes — such as messages, conditions, API calls, and delays — to create automated conversation workflows. Flows can be triggered by keywords, events, or schedules.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes up to 1,000 automation operations per month, 1 connected channel, the Flow Builder, the Unified Inbox, and access to the templates library. Upgrade anytime to unlock more channels and higher volume.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select the tier that fits your volume, confirm payment, and the new limits apply immediately. You can switch plans or cancel at any time.
